Remedial massage to relax & recover
Feeling stiff and sore, or just need to recharge? Our remedial massage students can get you feeling better, using a range of hands-on techniques across Swedish relaxation, sports and deep tissue and remedial massage.
Your session will begin with a thorough 10-15 minute consultation, where you can discuss your needs, any injuries and how your body is feeling. Your student massage therapist may also do a few assessments, like checking your posture and range of movement.
Then it’s time to relax – for the rest of the hour-long session, you can close your eyes and let your massage therapist’s hands do the magic.
Who will treat me?
You will be treated by a student in VU Polytechnic’s Diploma of Remedial Massage HLT52015, under the supervision of a qualified and practising massage therapist.
