The University Basketball League Australia (UBL) returns for its second season in 2022, with eleven women's and eleven men's teams competing across the country for an exciting eight-week battle culminating in a two-week final series.

After a great 2021 season, Victoria University is eager to return to the court for season two, which will begin on 22 March 2022. The student only competition has proven to be enormously popular across the country, building on many long-standing university rivalries.

Joining the league in 2022 will be Curtin University, Federation University Australia, RMIT University and The University of Adelaide in addition to the seven founding universities: La Trobe University, The University of Melbourne, University of the Sunshine Coast, The University of Sydney, University of Technology Sydney, The University of Western Australia and Victoria University.

As in the 2021 season, every game of the UBL will be livestreamed, with the games played mid-week on campus enabling students and alumni to support their universities.

The schedule for 2022 UBL will be released soon.
