LEAD Program: Introduction to Conflict Management

The Introduction to Conflict Management module will help you to understand how you react to conflict and learn about how people handle conflict differently.

This workshop includes practical exercises to help you understand how to manage conflict. 

It is recommended that you attend the LEAD - Your Leadership Journey workshop before you attend this module, but not compulsory, so feel free to come along! By completing this module you will earn 10 Leadership Points towards completion of the LEAD Program.
