2027 university study dates

This section includes block dates, census dates, and general course study dates and break periods for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

All bachelor degree, higher education diploma, postgraduate courses and higher education certificates at our Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane campuses are taught with the VU Block Model®.

Undergraduate courses are delivered in 4-week blocks. Postgraduate courses are delivered in either 4-week or 8-week blocks, depending on your specialisation. PhD courses and masters by research are not taught in block mode.
