Balance & stability study – Participate in research

We are currently recruiting older adults to take part in a research study titled: 

'Real-Time Prediction of Stability Using AI Models and Sensor Technology for Older Adults' Healthcare' 

This study uses wearable sensors and AI technology to investigate balance and stability in older adults, with the aim of developing tools to help predict and prevent falls.

(HREC Approval No. HRE25-081).

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate if you: 

  • are aged 65 or older
  • are in good general health (attached ESSA Health Screening Form)
  • can walk independently
  • have not had a fall in the last 12 months
  • have no untreated vision problems
  • have a BMI under 30
  • are not pregnant.
