How to contact us

There are a few ways to you can get assistance or support from an International Student Advisor.

Make an appointment

For free, confidential and personalised support, make an appointment with an International Student Advisor.

All appointments at the moment are phone appointments due to COVID-19.

To make an appointment:

  1. Go to AskVU appointment bookings (MyVU login required)
  2. Select phone or zoom
  3. Continue with the booking process and select your appointment

You will receive an email confirming your appointment and a reminder on the day of your appointment.

Make an online enquiry

Make an international student support enquiry online and an International Student Advisor will respond.

If you experience serious illness or are hospitalised, contact an International Student Advisor by making an enquiry or an appointment.
