Delivered over half a day, this 4-hour online workshop is led by an expert facilitator. You'll learn how to engage and build trust with your audience and prevent or resolve conflict in the workplace.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to identify potential barriers to clear and concise communication and overcome them using proven communication strategies.
