Stella is a Teaching Focused Academic with the First Year College and is also the Principal of Stella Pardalis Lawyers. She specialises in teaching both first year law and criminology units in block mode.

After completing her Bachelor of Laws (with honours) from Monash University she was admitted to legal practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria. Stella practiced as an employee solicitor for 11 years before starting her own firm in 2015 and she has volunteered at the Monash Legal Community Service.

Whilst practicing law Stella consulted at The Leo Cussen Centre for Law in their Practical Legal Training (PLT) course for seven years.

Since 2018, Stella has been lecturing in both the Law and Criminology degrees. She has taught a number of units including Family Law, Wills and Estates, Australian Legal Systems in Context, Legal Writing and Drafting, Legal Research Methods, Business Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Investigation Procedure and Sentencing, Introduction to Criminology and Policing and Offending.
