Rodger Fernandez is a Professor in the College of Law & Justice.
Rodger has lectured in Immigration Law at Victoria University and has been a practising lawyer for over 30 years. He is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law and is the Chair of the Law Institute of Victoria, Advisory Committee to the Specialisation Board (Immigration Law). He is a barrister and solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia and is a solicitor for the Supreme Court of NSW.
Rodger is listed in the Financial Review's Australia’s Best Lawyers.
He was a member of the Program Advisory Committee, Immigration Advisers Authority New Zealand as well as the Independent Reference Group of the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
