Professor Richter is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Law & Justice at Victoria University.
Professor Richter was admitted to practice as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1970 and appointed Queen's Counsel in 1985.
He has a full time practice, specialising in criminal law and associated fields and is formerly a part-time tutor in Torts and Evidence at the University of Melbourne.
