Greg Tucker is a lawyer with deep senior leadership experience and is currently serving on a portfolio of boards both commercial and NFP as well as undertaking several senior mentoring roles.

As the inaugural CEO of Maurice Blackburn lawyers (12 years), consultant to the OECD in Paris (spanning seven years), CEO of the Noall Group Ltd, a listed financial services company, and an academic (12 years) including as former Professor and Head of Banking and Finance Department at Monash University, Greg brings a wealth of leadership experience and expertise across industry, government and academia. 

Greg is currently a NED of Thompsons Solicitors LLP (UK), a NED and former Interim Chair of the Australian Urban Research Infrastructure Network Management Board, a geospatial science company attached to the University of Melbourne and an Advisory Board member of Work Healthy Australia Pty Ltd, an allied health provider.  He also chairs two risk and compliance committees.

Greg holds Master of Laws degree and Bachelor of Laws/Arts degree from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
