Free Lunchtime Yoga with Lydia
We're running free yoga sessions for students and staff at our City Campus.
Yoga is a combination of free flowing poses, breathing exercises and mindfulness that helps builds strength and flexibility while also calming the mind.
Please bring a towel and water bottle with you. Yoga mats, straps and blocks will be provided.

City Tower, T1007 (Level 10, near the Common Café).

About the program
The City Campus Wellness Program is a SSAF-funded initiative providing students at the VU City Tower with much needed access on-campus health and wellness activities.
Throughout Blocks 2, 3 and 4 of Semester 2, VU Sport will offer a range of lunchtime group exercise classes including Yoga, Team Training, Walk & Talk and more.
