This unit of study will introduce students to the sources of Asian law, the principles of Asian legal systems such as the separation of powers. Depending on the interests of the lecturer and the students, the content of this unit of study may vary. Initially, this unit of study will be primarily focused on the legal systems of Greater China including PRC, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
