Vietnam on a Plate is a boutique guided tour of Footscray Market and Little Saigon Market.

The tour will explore the markets from a local's perspective, discovering the freshest herbs, fruits, vegetables, spices and sauces used in authentic Vietnamese cooking.

As you wander through the market, you'll taste exotic ingredients and get tips on how to cook traditional Vietnamese fare. By the end of the tour, you'll be well equipped to create your own Vietnamese feast.

Tours are limited to seven people and include morning tea and lunch at a local Footscray foodie haunt – Vietnamese of course!
