Join the mad catters tea party! Wear a mad hat, devour delicious cupcakes and listen to The Mighty bUZZniks.
This is a family event, planned with the under-5's in mind, and hosted by Footscray Community Arts Centre's house cat FCAT.
Art, food, music, party hats, games and a very special cat â€" what better way for a toddler to discover Melbourne's food culture?
