The west has one of the most diverse and exciting food cultures in Melbourne. From the first waves of European migrants to new residents from Africa and Burma, the region enjoys a rich food heritage and is host to an array of traditional food and wine makers.

Come and discover the hidden food treasures of Melbourne's West at this black-tie event with an inspiring five-course menu highlighting the best produce the west has to offer. With handmade cheeses, traditionally cured meats, award-winning wines, artisan breads and native fruits combined with entertainment from the region, experience for yourself the wealth within Melbourne's west.

Hosted by VU's very own restaurant, VenU, which was awarded Best Training Restaurant 2011.
