Assessment tasks will be designed to reinforce and extend knowledge and skill competence within set and controlled parameters in accordance with each unit's learning outcomes and performance criteria requirements, including the setting of work based practical application tasks designed to provide evidence of competence outcomes, within periodic and scheduled timelines. Students will be expected to demonstrate the following required skills: - the impact of factors such as sleep patterns, nutrition and exercise on physical and personal well-being, and; - the potential psychological impacts of working in law enforcement or as a first responder.Students will also be expected to demonstrate the following knowledge: - discuss and agree a fitness program with a fitness instructor; - follow and clarify instructions as required; - review and adjust a maintenance plan as required, and; - self management skills to recognise potential factors affecting personal well-being.
