Assessment

- Comply with OHS legislation, regulations, Codes of Practice applicable to workplace operations. - Comply with workplace/organisational policies and procedures. - Communicate and work safely and effectively with others. - Select and use the appropriate materials, tools and equipment for constructing roof framing. - Set out and construct the roof frame for a hip and gable end roof including ceiling framing, outriggers, collar ties and roof battens. - Set out and construct a pattern rafter. - Construct a roof boat. - Mark and cut rafter tails and outriggers to a specified length. - Identify truss types and components. Specific unit assessments are located in the learning and assessment plans within the School.
