|2.||use strategies and activities to support rigorous instruction for ELL students e.g. Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading (WICOR); scaffolding for the various levels of ELL students across different content areas; and academic language building through multiple modalities: modelling, bridging, schema-building, metacognitive development, and contextualization.|
