Assessment tasks will be designed to reinforce and extend knowledge and skill competence within set and controlled parameters in accordance with each unit's learning outcomes and performance criteria requirements, including the setting of work based practical application tasks designed to provide evidence of competence outcomes, within periodic and scheduled timelines. Students will be expected to demonstrate the following required skills: - develop and implement stakeholder engagement for a project of sufficient complexity to demonstrate the full - range of performance requirements; - implement a range of appropriate stakeholder communication mechanisms for a project, and; - demonstrate effective team leadership for project team and stakeholders.Students will also be expected to demonstrate the following knowledge: - identify common problems leading to variances in stakeholder engagement; - explain and analyse interests and expectations of stakeholders; - describe levels and means of stakeholder engagement; - identify and explain stakeholder engagement theory and strategies, and; - describe types of project stakeholders.
