Personal training is a great choice if you:

You will work with our specialised trainers using the latest training principles in 45 minute sessions.

Your first session involves a comprehensive induction with your trainer to discuss your goals and create a tailored program for you.

Training options

We offer a personal training only option, if you're just after some one-on-one time with a trainer. We also offer small group sessions called Team Training which are run by our trainers.

Our personal training memberships include unlimited attendance to Team Training and group exercise, and unlimited use of the gym and swimming pool.

If relevant, please bring your VU student or staff ID, or your concession card. You don't have to be a university student to sign up for personal training, small group training or team training.
