De-stress before exams at your campus library

From 23 to 27 October, take the pressure off before exams with free activities at your campus library.
Friday 20 October 2017

Take the pressure off before exams with daily giveaways, and free fun and relaxing activities at your campus library, including pet therapy, massage, meditation, games, and craft.

Preparing for exams can be stressful. To help you relieve stress and prepare for academic success, grab a giveaway and join in the activities offered during the De-stress Festival.

The De-stress Festival will be held during SWOTVAC at five campus libraries. All VU students are invited – activities/giveaways are only limited by space and supplies.

The Festival is organised by VU Library with the support of Student Wellbeing and funding from Student Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF).
