Learn how to cook Asian and African cuisine in this class, part of the Feasting in Footscray program at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

Four quick fire classes, 45 minutes each in Victoria University's brand new training kitchens in the VenU restaurant. Here you will learn from experts how to emulate those flavours of the African continent and Asia that we love so much. You will learn how to use spices such as lemongrass, cardamom, galangal and turmeric and find out what you can make with Ras El Hanout, Harissa and Chermoula.

Our chefs take you on a trip around the world and give you new expertise and recipes, allowing you to travel the world through your cooking.
