Exam Anxiety is a common issue for all tertiary students. There are lots of ways to manage anxiety and some specific strategies to help manage symptoms.

This session is designed to help you to understand anxiety and how it affects exam preparation and performance. It will give you ways to manage anxiety as well as specific strategies to optimise your exam preparation.

The workshop will be conducted by Jennifer Halat and Linda VanDraanen from the Counselling Services team.

Lunchtime workshop - no bookings required - register on the day at the venue. Places are limited so arrive early to ensure you get a seat.
