Goodbye Gluten is a gluten free 5 course degustation dinner including beverages, as part of the Feasting in Footscray program at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. This event, at VU's VenU restaurant, caters to the growing needs of coeliac diners.

Each course will be matched with beverages and prepared by Victoria University students and teachers from our Le Cordon Bleu Program. Guests take recipes home so they can recreate the dishes. Enjoy an evening where your dietary requirement doesn't get in the way of your pleasure.

Gluten intolerance, also known as coeliac disease affects 1 in 100 people. You can still enjoy food with coeliac disease, and this dinner will show you how, with recipes provided to guests to take home to enjoy.
