Join our three course dinner at Victoria University's new VenU restaurant and be guided through the finer points of food criticism.

Do you ever wonder what Matt Preston is thinking when he pops a forkful of food into his mouth and rolls his eyes in an ecstatic manner? How does he articulate this in words that we understand?
