The Rise and Rise of Women's Sport: the long road to 'overnight' success

The excellence and appeal of women’s sport is finally being recognised. What is the impact on young female athletes? What does it mean for the media and for the business of sport?

Join us as we hear from leading female athletes, administrators and journalists giving their perspective on the issues.

With MC journalist Kelli Underwood, and guest speaker and panellist, Dr Susan Alberti, AC, who has championed women’s sport, most notably women’s AFL, it is sure to be a lively and informative evening.

Kelli and Susan will be joined by other female athletes and administrators for a broad ranging discussion of the issues and implications for the future of women’s sport.
