Teaching with Zoom

This workshop is for teaching staff at VU who want to learn about the use of Zoom virtual classes for facilitating active and engaged classes. It covers how to schedule virtual classes and how to use all its key functions including sharing screens and media, chat, breakout rooms and polls.

Panopto - creating & editing videos

Come to this workshop to learn how to create short videos for communication and teaching. You will also learn how to add captions, share videos in VU Collaborate and how to support students to use Panopto for learning and assessment.  

Grading & assessing in VU Collaborate

Learn how to grade and mark assessments in VU Collaborate. It can help to save time as well as provide students with the feedback they need to succeed. The focus of this workshop will be: using the assessment dropbox and rubrics, using the new annotations tool for feedback, sending through final results and marking quizzes.
