Dr Romana Morda

Senior Lecturer

Dr Romana Morda is a senior lecturer in psychology. She is also a registered psychologist. 

Romana completed a PhD that examined the relationship between intelligence and leadership in preschool children. Her major areas of teaching are developmental psychology and organisational psychology. 

Her research interests include; the social and emotional development of children, leadership, workplace stress and bullying. She has also undertaken research examining student transition to university.
