Dr Peter Thomas is a lecturer in the College of Education at Victoria University. His research work is in the areas of multimedia education, digital literacy and the technology used by young people. He is also writing on Student Mobility in International settings, particularly in Timor-Leste. His teaching focuses on literacy education, technology and education.
He is supervising theses on Education in Timor-Leste and Digital Technology in Schools.
Peter has been on six study tours with the College of Education to Timor-Leste and Malaysia.
At a personal level, he maintains a keen interest in film (particularly Japanese anime) comics, graphic novels and digital games.
