Dr Oksana Razoumova

Oksana is a TESOL lecturer with the College of Arts & Education. She started her career as a Senior Lecturer at Minsk State Linguistic University in 1991 and moved to an educational management pathway after 3 years of her academic career. She worked as a Director of Studies in Auckland, New Zealand and Academic Manager ELICOS in Melbourne for nearly a decade.
She developed a strong interest in leading language schools towards successful accreditation and re-accreditation, building professional teams of teachers with a particular research focus on professional and personal staff development.
