Manuel has been employed at Victoria University since February 1993. He's had various positions within the Information Technology Services Department (ITS) including Manager ITS Client Services and Acting Associate Director Client Services.

Manuel has been Manager, IS Service Quality since January 2010.

His responsibilities include overseeing:

  • Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Risk Management, Policy and SLA Management
  • ICT Procurement and Vendor Management
