Dr Jayce M. Naidoo

Senior Lecturer, College of Business

Dr Jayce Naidoo is a Senior Lecturer in the College of Business at Victoria University. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy from North West University, South Africa, and a Postgraduate Diploma and Masters in Accounting from Monash University.

Dr Naidoo is a CA(CAANZ) and an Associate member of Institute of Public Accountants. He is also a current and full member of Victorian Institute of Teaching.

He has published in several journals and has supervised 10 doctoral students.

His research interests are environmental management accounting, cost and cost control, decision making systems, ERP systems, and accounting education.

He has been course convenor and lecturer for Management Accounting and Computerised Accounting in an ERP Systems(SAP) for over 10 years at VU.

He has held appointments at Fort Cox College, Tshwane University of Technology and University of South Africa and Victoria University, in positions of Head of Department, Senior Lecturer, Lecturer and Course Coordinator and offshore site coordinator of Sunway Malaysia, Singapore Lithan Academy, CUFE China and Kuwait.
