Ha is a Policy Fellow at the Mitchell Institute. She has more than 10 years of experience in tertiary education. Prior to this current position, Ha was a Research Fellow at Education Innovation Hub, VU RISE, Victoria University.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and a master’s degree in Education from RMIT University, Australia. Ha completed her PhD in Work-Integrated Learning at La Trobe University, Australia in 2019. Her research interests include work-integrated learning, graduate employability, university-industry partnership, tertiary education, transition from education to work and vice versa.
