Register online to take part in the AUPEC2017 conference.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the full conference.

Day registrations are only available to those who do not have an accepted paper.

AUPEC 2017 is offering delegates a discounted add-on registration to attend The National Electric Energy Conference 2017 (EECON 2017).

Full registration entitles the attendee to present two papers.

Student registration entitles the attendee to present one paper, although students can pay an extra $220 fee for a second paper.

AUPEC & The National Electric Energy Conference 2017 joint promotion

AUPEC 2017 is offering delegates a discounted add-on registration to attend EECON 2017 on Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd November.

Add-on package fees:

  • Full delegates: $405
  • Student delegates: $275

To access the special add-on package for EECON 2017, a discount code will be provided in your AUPEC 2017 registration confirmation. This can then be used on the EECON website to access the discounted registration package.

Student travel grants

The organising committee of Australasian Universities Power Engineering Conference 2017 (AUPEC2017) is very glad to announce that three travel grants (AU$750 each) will be awarded to support students to attend the conference.

To be eligible for the travel grant, students must satisfy the following criteria:

  • the applicant should be a student and the first named author for the accepted paper
  • the applicant should be the presenting author (oral or poster)
  • the applicant should be fully registered for the conference
  • applicants from Victoria, Melbourne are not eligible for the travel grant.

The travel grant will be selected by a selection panel based on the above criteria and quality of the paper.
