Census dates

Read more about fees and how the Census date impacts on fees.

Administrative census (for timely amendments)

Friday of week 3 of semester (1 and 2 only) is commonly known as administrative census date for timely amendments (last day to add units). Students who enrolled online will be able to add units until 11:59pm (23:59) on Friday.

After this time, the system will close for additions. A unit of study amendment form will need to be completed if you require an amendment to your enrolment, and must be approved by your Course Coordinator.

You will still be able to withdraw from your units or course until census. Any withdrawal made after the census date will attract a fail result and financial penalties.

Note: Census dates correct at time of publication. If a Census date falls on a weekend or public holiday you must ensure that you have finalised your enrolment and fees no later than the last working day before the Census date.
