Conference program

The theme of this year's conference is Technology as a Service - The Cloud.
The conference will focus on current possibilities and look at technologies just-around-the-corner, to pinpoint best practices now and to foresee future solutions. The scope of discussion will involve such topics as management practices, cloud computing, mobile device management, eLearning support, service desk management and security.
