The Environment team at VU would like to invite you to a presentation by Haans Siver from the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

Haans will present on the great work that Sea Shepherd does around the world to help conserve our ocean life. She'll also discuss and show video clips of:

  • the recent Antarctic campaign, where Sea Shepherd was successful in reducing the Japanese whaling target by 90%
  • other campaigns that Sea Shepherd are involved in
  • what it is like volunteering at sea and how you can get involved.

Haans will also answer any of your questions about Sea Shepherd and the work they do.

**Please be advised that some video clips will contain graphic material**

Get in quick to book your place - you may be one of the lucky ones who'll receive a private tour of the Sea Shepherd fleet currently docked at Williamstown.

To register, contact the Environment team at environment@vu.edu.au or call +61 3 9919 4577.
