Rowing – Australian University Championship (AUC)

Rowing will be held in conjunction with the Australian University Games.
Australian University Championships are stand-alone events. Each competition is a national competition where students compete in their specific sport against Universities from all over Australia.

- Women’s Single Scull
- Women's Pair without cox
- Women's Lightweight Quad Scull
- Men's Four with Coxswain
- Men's Lightweight Single Scull
- Women’s Double Scull
- Women's Eight
- Men's Pair
- Men’s Lightweight Coxless Four
- Men's Single Scull
- Women’s Lightweight Single Scull
- Women's Four with Coxswain
- Men's Eight
Mixed events
On the afternoon of the second day of competition the following mixed events will be contested over a 1000 metre straight course and run as heats and finals:
- Mixed four with coxswain (2 male and 2 female rowers)
- Mixed eight (4 male and 4 female rowers).
Eligibility
To be eligible to represent VU, you must be a currently enrolled student. A limited number of non-students can also get involved as managers or coaches. Australian University Championships are targeted at students who have a background in the specific sport and can compete at a reasonably high level.

The cost is $175 per person.
