Housing Services are holding a free presentation on tenancy matters you need to know about before moving out and moving on.
The presentation is for all students who are in the process of leaving their accommodation or rental property and moving elsewhere.
Topics covered include:
- giving notice to vacate
- assigning your tenancy
- cleaning
- bond returns and claims
- cancelling utilities.
Understanding your rights and responsibilities can help you manage your tenancy effectively and support the return of your bond when it is time to move out and move on.
