Enrolment dates for international students

Find information on enrolment dates, times, venues and campus locations before you plan to arrive in Australia. All new international students must attend their course or faculty enrolment session. If you do not attend you might be charged a late fee.

How to enrol

Once you have accepted your offer, you need to:

  • take note of your course enrolment date, time, venue and campus (different for TAFE, undergraduate or postgraduate courses)
  • attend your enrolment session
  • check on ‘MYVU' that your enrolment details are correct after you enrol (changes cannot be made after the Census Date without penalty).

When you attend an enrolment session remember to bring:

  • a pen
  • a copy of your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) document
  • proof of citizenship (a valid passport or birth certificate)
  • any letters from Victoria University International stating exemptions you may have received.

New international students are also expected to attend an international orientation session, in addition to enrolling. Orientation sessions provide essential information that will assist you with settling in.
