Multimedia

Every year since 1999, VU students have been recognised by these industry bodies:

• Australian Teachers of Media (ATOM) - VU's multimedia students achieved finalist spots in the 2008 ATOM awards
• Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA) - Two of four national finalists in the Best Student-Developed Content section were VU TAFE graduates. One of these students won the award

Hairdressing

VU is Australia's largest provider of hairdressing and beauty therapy training courses. Our industry leadership is evident from the many industry awards won by our students:

• Three Gold Stars - the highest award given by the Institute for Trade Skills Excellence (2007)
• Top honours awarded to 5 VU students by the Hairdressing and Beauty Industry Association (HBIA) (2008)

VU is a world leading provider of clinical exercise science and practice courses. Graduates can gain accreditation with the Australian Association of Exercise and Sport Science (AAESS).
