Graduating is a great way to take pride in all the hard work you've done, and feel good about standing with your classmates and celebrate your success. Your course is over, it's time to enjoy the experience of graduating.

Academic Transcript

Graduating students are able to obtain one free Academic Transcript. Transcripts are sent two weeks after results are released for semester 2 on the 30 November 2009. If you need your results sooner, use your certified statement of results.

If you are an on a Study Abroad or Student Exchange student from one of VU’s partner universities, your transcript will be sent directly to the International Department at your home university.

If you are a Study Abroad student from a non-partner university, your transcript will be sent to your home address. Please ensure to update your correspondence address on the MYVU portal prior to leaving VU.

Certified Statement of Results

An official Certified Statement of Results is a Victoria University document that is used when you need official evidence of your results. It can be used in place of an academic transcript. You can print a Certified Statement of your results once they are released, from myVU portal under exam.

There is no limit on when and how often you can access this information.

Some institutions may require a Letter of Completion. Information on obtaining a Letter of Completion is available from graduations.

Return home

While in Australia, you have experienced a different lifestyle that will change how you respond to the world around you when you return home. We invite you to:
