iCONNECT develops training partnerships with industry to address workforce development needs. Training programs are implemented to enhance leadership and management capabilities of staff.
We offer a wide range of courses including Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Graduate Certificate in Management, Community Services courses, Nursing qualifications, and more. Our client base mainly consists of adult learners, who are existing workers and wish to further develop their skills by undertaking qualifications higher than those they currently hold.
A flexible and customised Navigator is available for online skills assessment. It has a broad range of functions to enhance the applicants’ access to the job market and knowledge with the use of Pathways.
iCONNECT has been a success due to its effective up-skilling options and recognition of current skills by employers. iCONNECT’s services have been proven valuable to its target group, evidenced by a significant level of participation by industry workers. 497 existing workers used iCONNECT’s services in 2011.
