The research outcomes of these topics were then able to be implemented in my working life as a Manager in an Education Institute, adding even greater value and an immediate application of the learning.

Having diverse groups of learners is a real bonus when undertaking training at VU. This has enhanced not only my cultural awareness but also my awareness of the many differing job roles people undertake in the Education industry.
