MyTimetable
MyTimetable is:
- VU's online class allocation system
- used by all higher education students enrolled to study on campus in Melbourne, to allocate to class activities
- under trial in some areas of vocational education
MyTimetable can be accessed from:
- any computer with a web browser that is connected to the internet - all you need to do is login to the MYVU Portal, click the student tab, then click the link under the MyTimetable channel
- anywhere at any time, so you can manage your timetable in your own time.
In MyTimetable, you can:
- browse available timeslots for all activities for the higher education Units of Study in which you are enrolled
- specify your preferences for timeslots when you would like to attend - it is not a first come first served system - it collects, ranks and sorts your preferences to create a clash free timetable
- change your allocated timeslot after preference have been sorted (subject to availability)
You are responsible for your timetable and confirming the location of lectures and tutorials.
Priority preference consideration
We may be able to grant you consideration if medical reasons affect your ability to attend particular class times. To be considered you need to register with Disability Services and have submitted your preferences using MyTimetable.
