Victoria University Student Housing Services is pleased to announce the new Student Housing database is now live!
The new database has improved information and features which will benefit students and providers.
Victoria University are proud to announce our newly formed relationship with the South Pacific Health Club, who has just been awarded the 'Victorian Health Club of the Year', for the third year running.
As part of our relationship with the South Pacific Health Club, our city based staff and students qualify for the club’s special Victoria University student and staff rates, which provide full member benefits on a no-fixed term basis.
Victoria University and the Western Bulldogs are proud to introduce the newest sporting facility to the West, the Whitten Oval Community Sport Hall, located at the Whitten Oval, 417 Barkly Street West Footscray.
Victoria University's Project Management Course Advisory Committee in Health, Engineering and Science is one of the University's most engaged and innovative industry advisory committees. Mr Michael Jackson, Divisional Director of Savills Project Management, and Chair of the Committee supports upcoming generations of Project Managers.

Opportunities
Australian University Sport has a number of exciting championships on offer in 2012. These stand alone events provide students the opportunity to compete at a national level in one of seven great sports. Further information on each Championship can be found below.
VU Sport is currently seeking expression of interest from students to become Sport Team Managers and Sport Contacts to assist in getting teams and squads organised to compete at the 2012 Southern (SUG) and Australian University Games (AUG).
SMILE stands for Students Meet Involve Link and Engage. The group is informal but it enables VU students who have similar interests to get together.
International Students Association (ISA) have organised free, weekly self defence Taekwondo classes. This is an opportunity to get to know other students in a fun environment while learning self defence. This is open to all students and staff of all fitness levels.
The Victoria University Debating Union will be meeting on each monday during September 2011. We meet in room D206 from 5:30 until 7:30pm.
