Will you be studying in 2012?
If the answer is yes you will need to re-enrol. Re-enrolments commence from Thursday the 24th of November. Check the timetable below for your scheduled date and time.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session you are recommended to find a proxy to complete your enrolment on your behalf.
- You will need to complete an Enrolment by Proxy Form.
- Make sure that whoever acts as your proxy brings the Enrolment by Proxy Form with them to the scheduled enrolment session.
- If you are a Higher Education student and asking a proxy to enrol for you, please complete this Higher Education Statistics Form and give it to your proxy to bring to the enrolment session.
If you fail to enrol at your scheduled date and time you can attend one of two late enrolment sessions:

A final Very Late Enrolment session will be conducted on Thursday 5 January 2012.

2012 Undergraduate re-enrolment
All continuing undergraduate students must attend a scheduled re-enrolment session on campus in late November – December 2011. You can find your course re-enrolment date on the 2012 undergraduate re-enrolment schedule.
Students unable to attend a re-enrolment session should organise a Proxy and complete an Enrolment by Proxy form. If this is not possible, you should immediately contact the Faculty Office on +61 3 9919 4471 or +61 3 9919 1336 for further advice. Failure to attend your scheduled re-enrolment may result in a late enrolment fee.
Plan ahead for re-enrolment by checking:
- your course outline, provided at previous enrolment sessions, for a list of units of study to be completed;
- 2012 Class Timetables to confirm unit offerings for semester 1 & 2 2012
- your semester 2, 2011 results on 28th November via MyVU student portal
Academic staff will not be present at re-enrolment sessions. Students requiring detailed course advice should obtain this beforehand by contacting their Course Coordinator (access lists here).
Postgraduate re-enrolment
All continuing postgraduate students will receive an enrolment kit by mail. If you have not received this kit by Friday 25 November you should contact the Faculty Office immediately on + 61 3 9919 1336 or email your details to buslawcourses@vu.edu.au.
