Applicants must complete an expression of interest form and submit to the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre. The Centre will assess your application and send you a registration form. Course contents
The course is divided into seven modules - covering topics including introduction to the education agents industry, legislation and policy, contractual responsibilities and policy considerations, duties and responsibilities of an education agent, informed consent, practice management, ethics and professional standards. Within each there are a variety of topics. There is optional assessment in each module that participants are encouraged to complete to gain feedback on their understanding and development of skills. The classes comprise lectures, practical exercises and group work. The classes will be interactive and each participant will receive individual support dependent on their needs.
