Food Hygiene Level 2 & 3 : Supervisor
Please note: Food Hygiene Level 1 is a pre-requisite for this course.
This course refers to the implementation of Food Safety Procedures, using the Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) method, as a food safety regime. This is a nationally accredited course, where you will study the unit SITXOHS004A Implement and Monitor Workplace Health, Safety and Security Practices.
